All parts must work together

I believe the body/mind/ spirit have incredible capacity for self-healing and that they must work together for long-lasting and deep healing. One part of ourselves cannot fully function and take hold without the health of the other parts.  We are designed to work as a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Too often we focus on only one part when it comes to our health. I will support you in integrating all of YOU.



You must CHOOSE to heal before you CAN heal

The body/mind/spirit are very resilient and have an incredible natural capacity to heal.  However, true healing happens from within. No matter how skilled the practitioner, no one can  “heal” you  or even assist you in the process if you do not want to truly heal on some level. Sometimes we think we want to heal, but for a number of unconscious reasons we often don’t. Look deeply within and be honest with yourself. Do you choose to heal now?

There are usually lessons in the wound

Sometimes the lessons in our wounds are obvious, such as “slow down”, or “it’s time to rest.” Other times, it’s a hidden belief such as, “If I heal this, then I will no longer get the love and attention I desire and I will be held accountable in a way that I may not have been before". Perhaps it is a lesson from a past life or one we are here to learn in this lifetime. There are always messages and lessons in the healing process no matter how big or small. I have found that breathwork can reveal these hidden lessons and help release the blocks around them in a way that is easy to integrate.

We cannot heal if we are blaming ourselves or others

Self-love and acceptance are key to any healing journey. Your life and purpose are uniquely yours.  Comparing yourself to anyone else is not productive. Rather than judge yourself for where you are, or why you are here now or again,  be open and loving  to face what you can learn from it. Cultivate appreciation and  gratitude for taking the next steps in your healing journey.
