I believe we have incredible capacity for self-healing and through Mind-Body Medicine we can achieve long-lasting and deep healing. Our body/mind/spirit/emotions must all work together. We are designed to work as a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Too often we focus on only one part when it comes to our health. I will support you in integrating all of YOU.
You must CHOOSE to heal before you CAN heal
The body/mind/spirit are very resilient and have an incredible natural capacity to heal. However, true healing happens from within. No matter how skilled the practitioner, no one can “heal” you or even assist you in the process if you do not want to truly heal on some level.
Self-love and compassion are key to any healing journey. Your life and purpose are uniquely yours. Comparing yourself to anyone else is not productive. Rather than judge yourself for where you are, or why you are here now or again, be open and loving to face what you can learn from it. Cultivate appreciation and gratitude for taking the next steps in your healing journey.
